Here at Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, our mission is to transform the health care of sick children and young people…
The 2016 Stitches Calendar is now available for purchase, just in time for Christmas!
Featuring 12 amazing PMH patients with their siblings and favourite staff members, the calendar shows off the heart and soul of the hospital – the people. These featured stars are exactly those who will be helped through the calendar’s purchase. Like Matilda, pictured above with her doctor, Professor Fiona Wood, who is the cover star of our 2016 calendar.
It’s because of generous people like you that PMH Foundation has been able to grant over $62 million to Princess Margaret Hospital and the broader Child and Adolescent Health Service.
2016 is going to be a big year for PMH Foundation, we’re moving to our new home at Perth Children’s Hospital in Nedlands. When we move we are going to change our name to Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation and introduce a new logo!
Although PMH is moving to the new Perth Children’s Hospital and a whole collection of brand new equipment and facilities, we will still need your support. While the hospital building may be new, it still requires ongoing support for clinical expertise, staff training, research and specialist equipment, all of which aren’t included in the Government’s budget.
$14 million has already been committed to projects at Perth Children’s Hospital so your support is needed now more than ever. Grabbing your $10 2016 Stitches Calendar for PMH is an easy way to support the hospital and its patients for 12 months of the year.
So once again thank you for your support and we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
